Private One-On-One Yoga

An intentional & safe space to create a yoga practice that helps you to improve your health and well-being.



I am a 200 hour certified yoga instructor with two decades of yoga experience to offer to you as a grounded, compassionate, and intentional space to begin or to deepen your yoga practice and grow towards wellness and improved health.

One-on-one sessions will include the following:

  •  Discussions about your body history, questions about what you need from your practice, what areas you feel you need to work on, other forms of exercise you engage in, and your hopes for wellness
  • yoga poses
  • Meditation
  • Breath-work
  • Hands-on assistance
  • Props
  • Suggestions to help you grow towards well-being from a well-rounded approach.

I will make an effort to make yoga accessible to you.

For some people, movement has not been a part of their lives for so long they are intimidated by the idea of a public yoga class. Other people have had losses or grief, trauma, illness, body image struggles, aging, lack of flexibility or coordination, but have a deep desire to feel better.

If any of these describe you, then I invite you to come to practice yoga with me. I would welcome the opportunity to work with you and be with you on your yoga and life journey. 


Yoga One-on-one is a self-pay service ($80) and payment is required in advance to hold your appointment time. Should you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations will not be refunded.
