I have worked in the corporate environment for most of my career in the industry of media and advertising at the Star-Telegram in Fort Worth, TX. I notice that in the corporate workplace there is a need for employees to feel valued and respected. There is also a need for self care and wellness. An employer can care for employees by offering yoga as an option for stress relief.  Together we will come up with a program that is safe and effective for your workplace.

I am a 200 hour certified yoga instructor with over a decade of yoga experience to offer to your employees as a grounded, compassionate, and intentional space to practice yoga and to grow towards wellness and improved health. I studied yoga with Dr. Tiffany Denny at 3 Tree Yoga in Fort Worth in Fairmount District; I also carry liability insurance.

About Yoga Classes

Classes are all-level and are suitable for almost anyone, even absolute beginners. We can plan the class in such a way that works for your work environment. (example: classes that don't require change of clothing, classes that are not as sweaty...) I tend to teach a combination of flow (vinyasa), form (hatha), and end with restoration.  

I would recommend practicing yoga two time per week, but even once per week will have noticeable benefits.

Single 60-minute classes for fewer than 15 participants can be booked at a rate of $120 per class.
